When Yon Full Moon Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGF HIJI KLML

When yon full moon's with her white fleet of starsA
And but one bird makes music in the groveB
When you and I are breathing side by sideC
Where our two bodies make one shadow loveD
-
Not for her beauty will I praise the moonE
But that she lights thy purer face and throatF
The only praise I'll give the nightingaleG
Is that she draws from thee a richer noteF
-
For blinded with thy beauty I am filledH
Like Saul of Tarsus with a greater lightI
When he had heard that warning voice in HeavenJ
And lost his eyes to find a deeper sightI
-
Come let us sit in that deep silence thenK
Launched on love's rapids with our passions proudL
That makes all music hollow though the larkM
Raves in his windy heights above a cloudL
