The Wonder Maker Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEBFF GHIHJHKL

Come if thou'rt cold to Summer's charmsA
Her clouds of green her starry flowersB
And let this bird this wandering birdC
Make his fine wonder yoursD
He hiding in the leaves so greenE
When sampling this fair world of oursB
Cries cuckoo clear and like Lot's wifeF
I look though it should cost my lifeF
-
When I can hear that charmed one's voiceG
I taste of immortalityH
My joy's so great that on my heartI
Doth lie eternityH
As light as any little flowerJ
So strong a wonder works in meH
Cuckoo he cries and fills my soulK
With all that's rich and beautifulL
