The Moon Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDE BFGFHH

Thy beauty haunts me heart and soulA
Oh thou fair Moon so close and brightB
Thy beauty makes me like the childC
That cries aloud to own thy lightB
The little child that lifts each armD
To press thee to her bosom warmE
-
Though there are birds that sing this nightB
With thy white beams across their throatsF
Let my deep silence speak for meG
More than for them their sweetest notesF
Who worships thee till music failsH
Is greater than thy nightingalesH
