Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFG HIJIA week ago I had a fire | A |
To warm my feet my hands and face | B |
Cold winds that never make a friend | C |
Crept in and out of every place | B |
- | |
Today the fields are rich in grass | D |
And buttercups in thousands grow | E |
I'll show the world where I have been | F |
With gold dust seen on either shoe | G |
- | |
Till to my garden back I come | H |
Where bumble bees for hours and hours | I |
Sit on their soft fat velvet bums | J |
To wriggle out of hollow flowers | I |
