To Roses In The Bosom Of Castara Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEDE FGFG HIHI

Ye blushing virgins happy areA
In the chaste nunnery of her breastsB
For he'd profane so chaste a fairC
Whoe'er should call them Cupid's nestsB
-
Transplanted thus how bright ye growD
How rich a perfume do ye yieldE
In some close garden cowslips soD
Are sweeter than i' th' open fieldE
-
In those white cloisters live secureF
From the rude blasts of wanton breathG
Each hour more innocent and pureF
Till you shall wither into deathG
-
Then that which living gave you roomH
Your glorious sepulchre shall beI
There wants no marble for a tombH
Whose breast hath marble been to meI
