Yust to passing time avayH
And at night ven we ban smokingI
After supper he skol makeJ
All us lumberyacks to laughingI
Till our belts skol nearly breakJ

Me and Olaf bunked togetherA
And sometimes he taling meK
'Bout his vife and little TorgerA
Who ban living cross big seaK
Ay ban saving dough say OlafH
And next summer ef ay canL
Ay skol send for vife and babyK
Den ay ban a happy manL

One night Olaf getting letterA
Ven we coming back to campB
He yust tal me Little TorgerA
And his eyes ban gude and dampB
Dis ban how ay know vy OlafH
Never taling no more yokeM
Vy he yust sit down at night timeG
