Music Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGH IJKL AGCD MNCO PNCC CNQC

Down the quiet eveA
Thro' my window with the sunsetB
Pipes to me a distant organC
Foolish dittiesD
-
And as when you changeE
Pictures in a magic lanternF
Books beds bottles floor and ceilingG
Fade and vanishH
-
And I'm well once moreI
August flares adust and torridJ
But my heart is full of AprilK
Sap and sweetnessL
-
In the quiet eveA
I am loitering longing dreamingG
Dreaming and a distant organC
Pipes me dittiesD
-
I can see the shopM
I can smell the sprinkled pavementN
Where she serves her chestnut chignonC
Thrills my sensesO
-
O the sight and scentP
Wistful eve and perfumed pavementN
In the distance pipes an organC
The sensationC
-
Comes to me anewC
And my spirit for a momentN
Thro' the music breathes the blessedQ
Airs of LondonC
