I watched you saunter down the sand | B |
Serene and large the golden weather | C |
Flowed radiant round your peacock feather | C |
And glistered from your jewelled hand | B |
Your tawny hair turned strand on strand | B |
And bound with blue ribands together | C |
Streaked the rough tartan green like heather | C |
That round your lissome shoulder spanned | B |
Your grace was quick my sense to seize | D |
The quaint looped hat the twisted tresses | E |
The close drawn scarf and under these | D |
The flowing flapping draperies | D |
My thought an outline still caresses | E |
Enchanting comic Japanese | D |
