Rhyme Scheme: A BCCBBCCBDEDDED| To D F | A |
| - | |
| I watched you saunter down the sand | B |
| Serene and large the golden weather | C |
| Flowed radiant round your peacock feather | C |
| And glistered from your jewelled hand | B |
| Your tawny hair turned strand on strand | B |
| And bound with blue ribands together | C |
| Streaked the rough tartan green like heather | C |
| That round your lissome shoulder spanned | B |
| Your grace was quick my sense to seize | D |
| The quaint looped hat the twisted tresses | E |
| The close drawn scarf and under these | D |
| The flowing flapping draperies | D |
| My thought an outline still caresses | E |
| Enchanting comic Japanese | D |
