Doth Then The World Go Thus? Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBCBACBDEDEFF

Doth then the world go thus doth all thus moveA
Is this the justice which on earth we findB
Is this that firm decree which all doth bindB
Are these your influences Powers aboveC
Those souls which vice's moody mists most blindB
Blind Fortune blindly most their friend doth proveA
And they who thee poor idol Virtue loveC
Ply like a feather tossed by storm and windB
Ah if a Providence doth sway this allD
Why should best minds groan under most distressE
Or why should pride humility make thrallD
And injuries the innocent oppressE
Heavens hinder stop this fate or grant a timeF
When good may have as well as bad their primeF
