Change Should Breed Change Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCCBDEFF

New doth the sun appearA
The mountains' snows decayB
Crown'd with frail flowers forth comes the baby yearA
My soul time posts awayB
And thou yet in that frostC
Which flower and fruit hath lostC
As if all here immortal were dost stayB
For shame thy powers awakeD
Look to that Heaven which never night makes blackE
And there at that immortal sun's bright raysF
Deck thee with flowers which fear not rage of daysF
