To Autumn Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJKL MN OPQ

O Autumn laden with fruit and stain dA
With the blood of the grape pass not but sitB
Beneath my shady roof there thou may'st restC
And tune thy jolly voice to my fresh pipeD
And all the daughters of the year shall danceE
Sing now the lusty song of fruits and flowersF
The narrow bud opens her beauties toG
The sun and love runs in her thrilling veinsH
Blossoms hang round the brows of Morning andI
Flourish down the bright cheek of modest EveJ
Till clust'ring Summer breaks forth into singingK
And feather'd clouds strew flowers round her headL
-
The spirits of the air live on the smellsM
Of fruit and Joy with pinions light roves roundN
The gardens or sits singing in the trees '-
Thus sang the jolly Autumn as he satO
Then rose girded himself and o'er the bleakP
Hills fled from our sight but left his golden loadQ
