Love's Saint Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCDEFEGHH

Some lip will use her name a rapt surpriseA
Passing the heart's set ward upon me stealsB
One word to me doth one saint canonizeA
And all the acquest of earth and heaven it sealsB
I name that name and doubt for me has endingC
And Sorrow strong of old forgets her partD
The battle cry it is to God ascendingC
For all the triumphs of my labouring heartD
Ah what is beauty's charge what true what dearestE
But that one lovely word will speak it homeF
To splendour to humility 'tis nearestE
And the last depths of longing it can plumbG
The plaudit of all joy all good it bearsH
I breathe it and a breath completes my prayersH
