Vields By Watervalls Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AAAAAABA CACADDBA AAAAEEBA AFAFGGAA

When our downcast looks be smilelessA
Under others' wrongs an' slightensA
When our daily deeds be guilelessA
An' do meet unkind requitensA
You can meake us zome amendsA
Vor wrongs o' foes an' slights o' friendsA
O flow'ry gleaded timber sheadedB
Vields by flowen watervallsA
-
Here be softest airs a'blowenC
Drough the boughs wi'zingen drushesA
Up above the streams a flowenC
Under willows on by rushesA
Here below the bright zunned skyD
The dew bespangled flow'rs do dryD
In woody zided stream dividedB
Vields by flowen watervallsA
-
Waters wi' their giddy rollensA
Breezes wi' their playsome wooensA
Here do heal in soft consolensA
Hearts a wrung wi' man's wrong doensA
Day do come to us as gayE
As to king ov widest swayE
In deaisy whiten'd gil'cup brightenedB
Vields by flowen watervallsA
-
Zome feair buds mid outlive blightensA
Zome sweet hopes mid outlive sorrowF
A'ter days of wrongs an' slightensA
There mid break a happy morrowF
We mid have noo ea'thly loveG
But God's love tokens vrom aboveG
Here mid meet us here mid greet usA
In the vields by watervallsA
