When wintry weather's all a doneA
An' brooks do sparkle in the zunA
An' naisy builden rooks do vleeB
Wi' sticks toward their elem treeC
When birds do zing an' we can zeeC
Upon the boughs the buds o' springD
Then I'm as happy as a kingD
A vield wi' health an' zunsheenA
-
Vor then the cowlsip's hangen flowerE
A wetted in the zunny showerE
Do grow wi' vi'lets sweet o' smellB
Bezide the wood screened graegle's bellB
Where drushes' aggs wi' sky blue shellB
Do lie in mossy nest amongF
The thorns while they do zing their zongF
At evenen in the zunsheenA
-
An' God do meake his win' to blowB
An' rain to vall vor high an' lowB
An' bid his mornen zun to riseG
Vor all alike an' groun' an' skiesG
Ha' colors vor the poor man's eyesG
An' in our trials He is nearH
To hear our mwoan an' zee our tearI
An' turn our clouds to zunsheenA
-
An' many times when I do vindJ
Things all goo wrong an' v'ok unkindJ
To zee the happy veeden herdsK
An' hear the zingen o' the birdsK
Do soothe my sorrow mwore than wordsK
Vor I do zee that 'tis our sinA
Do meake woone's soul so dark 'ithinA
When God would gi'e woone zunsheenA
