Song Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAAB CBCCB DBDDB

O fly not Pleasure pleasant hearted PleasureA
Fold me thy wings I prithee yet and stayB
For my heart no measureA
Knows nor other treasureA
To buy a garland for my love to dayB
-
And thou too Sorrow tender hearted SorrowC
Thou gray eyed mourner fly not yet awayB
For I fain would borrowC
Thy sad weeds to morrowC
To make a mourning for love's yesterdayB
-
The voice of Pity Time's divine dear PityD
Moved me to tears I dared not say them nayB
But passed forth from the cityD
Making thus my dittyD
Of fair love lost for ever and a dayB
