Love In The Summer Hills Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCDDDC AABCDDDC

Love in the summer hillsA
With youth to mock at illsA
And kisses sweet to cheatB
Our idle tears awayC
What else has Time in storeD
Till Life shall close the doorD
Still let me sing love's loreD
Come sorrow when it mayC
-
Rain on the weeping hillsA
With Death to end our illsA
And only thought unsoughtB
To point our joys' decayC
Oh Life is wounded soreD
And Grief's mad waters roarD
Yet will I love once moreD
To day as yesterdayC
