A Nocturne Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDEDFCGCHGCD

The Moon has gone to her restA
A full hour agoB
The Pleiads have found a nestA
In the waves belowB
Slow the Hours one by oneC
In Midnight's footsteps creepD
Lovers who lie aloneE
Soon wake to weepD
Slow footed tortoise Hours will ye not hasten onF
Till from his prisonC
In the golden EastG
A new day shall have risenC
And the last stars be goneH
Like guests belated from a bridal feastG
When the long night is doneC
Then shall ye sleepD
