Henceforth I stand a pilgrim of new days | B |
On the high road of life Where I was thrall | A |
See I am master being passionless | B |
And having nothing now am lord of all | A |
How glorious is the world Its infinite grace | B |

But as one meets a woman face to face | B |
Loved once and unforgotten and still dear | D |
In certain moods and seasons So to me | E |
The fair world smiles to day yet leaves me free | E |
