| I m not hurting I refuse | B |
| Though my eyes and throat are burning | C |
| But that still is no excuse | D |
| I m not crying I can take it | E |
| I m a winner I m not weak | F |
| Please don t ask me any questions | G |
| I prefer now not to speak | F |
| I m not crying this I tell you | H |
| And I tell it to myself | I |
| I put feelings and emotions | G |
| Way up there on the top shelf | I |
| Hard to reach and very fragile | J |
| For some time that s where they ve been | K |
| And though many see me smiling | C |
| I ve been crying from within | K |
