| Impatient dance his steeds to pace the purple way | G |

| Gorgeous Nirvanas of absorbent peace | I |
| Transparency's impenetrable fleece | I |
| Clouds of all colors floating every wise | J |
| On which the Sun looks up before he cease | I |
| As some old man a moment ere he dies | J |
| Beholds with bliss serene the beauties of the skies | J |
