On this thy natal dayB
In East and West lift up thy voiceA
And to thy children sayB
Behold me now to stature sprungC
Acclaim my second birthD
A Nation now I stand amongC
My sisters of the earthD

The wrath of man doth praise the LordE
And glorious be His nameF
An Empire fashioned by the swordE
And welded in the flameF
Hath risen o'er the battle smokeG
And near and far unfurledH
Its righteous standard to evokeG
Heaven's blessings on the worldH
