The Sea-shell Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCB DEFFE

Oh fairy palace of pink and pearlA
Frescoed with filigree silver whiteB
Down in the silence beneath the seaC
God by Himself must have fashioned theeC
Just for His own delightB
-
But no For a dumb and shapeless thingD
Stirring in darkness its little hourE
Thy walls were built with infinite careF
Thou sea scented home so fine and fairF
Perfect and like a flowerE
