As In A Pond Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCDD

As in a pond that sleeps o'erhung by treesA
Two things at once in many a soul one seesA
The sky which points the surface pure and calmB
With all its rays and clouds the heart to charmC
And then the depth slime hideous dark and deadD
Where foul black reptiles swarm and vaguely treadD
