Why can’t things that are good just stay,
Like morning light that warms the day?
Though petals fall and seasons turn,
Each ending leaves a gift to learn.
The laughter fades, yet seeds remain,
From fleeting joy, new blooms are gained.
Moments pass, but hearts still grow,
From every loss, new strength will show.
So let the good things come and go,
Their echoes teach us how to glow.
For though they cannot always stay,
Their spirit guides us on the way.
