No Silver Lining Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB CCDD EEFF GGHI

Sometimes the sky will not turn goldA
no hidden grace no truth to holdA
The jagged edge the heavy rainB
acceptance carved from quiet painB
-
No lesson waits no light to chaseC
just shadows pressing into placeC
Regret may cling and sorrow stayD
yet still you breathe though night is grayD
-
You miss the ones you cannot keepE
their echoes haunt their voices seepE
And still the silence bids you restF
to sit with grief to be confessedF
-
Not every wound is meant to mendG
not every storm will find its endG
But in the stillness raw unplannedH
you learn to live with what you canI
