Any One Will Do Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCC DDEEFF GGHIBB JJKKLLL

A maiden once of certain ageA
To catch a husband did engageA
But having passed the prime of lifeB
In striving to become a wifeB
Without success she thought it timeC
To mend the follies of her primeC
-
Departing from the usual courseD
Of paint and such like for resourceD
With all her might this ancient maidE
Beneath an oak tree knelt and prayedE
Unconscious that a grave old owlF
Was perched above the mousing fowlF
-
Oh give a husband give she criedG
While yet I may become a brideG
Soon will my day of grace be o'erH
And then like many maids beforeI
I'll die without an early JoveB
And none to meet me there aboveB
-
Oh 'tis a fate too hard to bearJ
Then answer this my humble prayerJ
And oh a husband give to meK
Just then the owl from out the treeK
In deep bass tones cried Who who whoL
Who Lord And dost Thou ask me whoL
Why any one good Lord will doL
