Till Wings Sprout Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis
Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDEEBBFF| Knock me down to the crust | A |
| Drag me wantonly in the dust | A |
| Sting every organ of me | B |
| With the intensity of a bee | B |
| Let lethal venom non stop | C |
| Overwhelm me toes to top | C |
| Pollute the zephyr around | D |
| And shake my host ground | D |
| Uncleashing the wolf in you | E |
| Against this this limping ewe | E |
| Till wings born of necessity | B |
| Sprout on my scarred body | B |
| Maybe then my wide wings as they fly | F |
| Could amaze your now farsighted eye | F |
