Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEDDFGHIIJFKLMNGG GGODDPP

Today I journey homeA
I have lived mine but today I leaveB
The destination is concealed from thine understandingC
The pathway tarred with solitudenessD
I have finally been freed of my greatest fearE
You have journeyed with me on the toughest terrainsD
Thy help has made it possible for me to partake the heaviest dutiesD
Today I embark on my ownF
You can neither walk with me nor walk for meG
If you decide to wish me luckH
Let it remain a thoughtI
With you I have foughtI
With you I have conqueredJ
You remain to fight your ownF
As I have embarked on the journey to be awarded that which I have fought forK
I leave with you my loveL
Hoping it will help you soldier onM
The greatest gift that I leave with youN
Is the word of he who has extended his invitation to theeG
Hold the power to choose dearlyG
For today the will is freeG
You ought to be wise clearlyG
Tomorrow you are left with neilO
Correct not my errorsD
For time only allows for to correct yoursD
Mine is doneP
Yours has just begunP
