Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFG HIHI JKJK LMNA

May our lands one day be cleansedA
From a thousand years of hateful greedB
Unchained from blood stained British handsC
In God s revenge our noble deedB
-
No more shall you display your swordD
Or shed our blood for wanton fameE
When once your vulgar emblems loweredF
Our lands return your I ll got gainG
-
You plundered this land with muskets blaringH
And stole the lives of fighting menI
To enlighten this world of nations learningH
Our scribes shall write our history thenI
-
One thousand years your evil spreadJ
Like tentacles weaving poisonous venomK
Your cursed want our souls be deadJ
Our Will shall turn your ships to flotsamK
-
One day we ll sing her joy to ownL
Unlocking this slavery within our mindsM
Returning our lands and fields of cornN
With all your trace of evil cleansedA
