| as far as I could see | A |
| There were waves crashing amidst the storm thunder and lightning in the sky | B |
| menacing lightning | C |
| Every strike revealed what I was hiding | C |
| in these murky waters and every noise told me it was futile | D |
| Give into the push and the pull | E |
| Go deeper it's warmer there you'll find out you love it | F |
| And in the end isn't that what you wanted | G |
| Pushing and pulling me | A |

| But then again I wasn't looking for peace | H |
| Maybe I was the one who brought myself here | I |
| Fooled you deceived you and played a part | J |
| Maybe I wore a mask | K |
| - | |
| Because underneath it all was broken broken and sad | L |
