Seamen Three Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AAAABBB CDCDAAA EFEFBBB

Seamen three What men be yeA
Gotham's three wise men we beA
Whither in your bowl so freeA
To rake the moon from out the seaA
The bowl goes trim The moon doth shineB
And our ballast is old wineB
And your ballast is old wineB
-
Who art thou so fast adriftC
I am he they call Old CareD
Here on board we will thee liftC
No I may not enter thereD
Wherefore so 'Tis Jove's decreeA
In a bowl Care may not beA
In a bowl Care may not beA
-
Fear ye not the waves that rollE
No in charmed bowl we swimF
What the charm that floats the bowlE
Water may not pass the brimF
The bowl goes trim The moon doth shineB
And our ballast is old wineB
And your ballast is old wineB
