Phillis 01 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFEGHIH

MY Phillis hath the morning sunA
At first to look upon herB
And Phillis hath morn waking birdsC
Her risings still to honourB
My Phillis hath prime feather'd flowersD
That smile when she treads on themE
And Phillis hath a gallant flockF
That leaps since she doth own themE
But Phillis hath too hard a heartG
Alas that she should have itH
It yields no mercy to desertI
Nor grace to those that crave itH
