Lynton Verses Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBBCCDEDEFFGGHHH

Sweet breeze that sett'st the summer birds a swayingA
Dear lambs amid the primrose meadows playingA
Let me not thinkB
O floods upon whose brinkB
The merry birds are mayingB
Dream softly dream O blessed mother lead meC
Unsevered from thy girdle lead me feed meC
I have no will but shineD
I need not but the juiceE
Of elemental wineD
Perish remoter useE
Of strength reserved for conflict yet to comeF
Let me be dumbF
As long as I may feel thy handG
This this is all do ye not understandG
How the great Mother mixes all our bloodsH
O breeze O swaying budsH
O lambs O primroses O floodsH
