The Rose Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCB DEFFE GCHHC

I took the love you gave Ah carelesslyA
Counting it only as a rose to wearB
A little moment on my heart no moreC
So many roses had I worn beforeC
So lightly that I scarce believed them thereB
-
But Lo this rose between the dusk and dawnD
Hath turned to very flame upon my breastE
A flame that burns the day long and the nightF
A flame of very anguish and delightF
That not for any moment yields me restE
-
And I am troubled with a strange new fearG
How would it be if even to your doorC
I came to cry your pitying one dayH
And you should lightly laugh and lightly sayH
That was a rose I gave you nothing moreC
