The Inlander Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCB BDEED FGEEG HBIIB

I never climb a high hillA
Or gaze across the leaB
But Oh beyond the two of themC
Beyond the height and blue of themC
I'm looking for the seaB
-
A blue sea a crooning seaB
A grey sea lashed with foamD
But Oh to take the drift of itE
To know the surge and lift of itE
And 'tis I am longing for it as the homeless long for homeD
-
I never dream at night timeF
Or close my eyes by dayG
But there I have the might of itE
The wind whipped sun drenched sight of itE
That calls my soul awayG
-
Oh deep dreams and happy dreamsH
Its dreaming still I'd beB
For still the land I'm waking inI
'Tis that my heart is breaking inI
And 'tis far where I'd be sleeping with the blue waves over meB
