Rhyme Scheme: ABCDDC CCCEEC CCCFFC CCCEEC

From under the crunch of my man's bootA
green oat sprouts jutB
he names a lapwing starts rabbits in a routC
legging it most nimbleD
to sprigged hedge of brambleD
stalks red fox shrewd stoatC
-
Loam humps he says moles shuntC
up from delved worm hauntC
blue fur moles have hefting chalk hulled flintC
he with rock splits openE
knobbed quartz flayed colors ripenE
rich brown sudden in sunlightC
-
For his least look scant acres yieldC
each finger furrowed fieldC
heaves forth stalk leaf fruit nubbed emeraldC
bright grain sprung so rarelyF
he hauls to his will earlyF
at his hand's staunch hest birds buildC
-
Ringdoves roost well within his woodC
shirr songs to suit which moodC
he saunters in how but most gladC
could be this adam's womanE
when all earth his words do summonE
leaps to laud such man's bloodC
