Scarce To Find Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGH IJKJELEL MNONPEQE

Rain will bring some good we hopeA
After what this heat has causedB
Arid burning floors and wallsC
Hygroscopic skin and clothesD
Heated heads building malaiseE
Parch d tongues and spiculed throatsF
Best a soul should be its homeG
Not a soul should wander roadsH
-
Bear in mind still there's a threatI
Plumbings fail to hold the drainsJ
Overflowing pipes full chokedK
Are no good to fight off rainsJ
How can one ignore drivewaysE
Levelled with knees of a studL
Puddles pools gutters manholesE
Stain clothes and mudguards with mudL
-
Who would wish for either thenM
Boggy clouds or scorching heatN
Neither seems appropriateO
Dewy spew or solar treatN
Summers Winters Autumn SpringP
None would satisfy one's hopesE
Is there any way one mightQ
Be content with what he gropesE
