Where Are You Poets? Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCAACDAEFGHEGFIJJ

Where are you Poets that a Hero diesA
Unsung He who when Duty brought too soonB
His billet of rest toiled on till he had wonC
The countersign of Glory There he liesA
And in the silence of your poesiesA
He looks a Poem yea so made and doneC
As if the Bardic Heavens had thrown him downD
In model to your making Close his eyesA
That yours may learn him To fulfil the LawE
In Gospel force the seeds of use to flowerF
In Beauty to enman invisible TruthG
And then transfigure this is PoetryH
And this the World and his dear Country sawE
Hymned unawares in that unconquer'd youthG
Who scorning to give less than all his powerF
Having bled for us then aspired to dieI
And dying thus left one more pledge behindJ
That England may again deserve to lead MankindJ
