Warning Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBCDEFGGHFIIH

Virtue is Virtue writ in ink or bloodA
And Duty Honour Valour are the sameB
Whether they cheer the thundering steps of FameB
Up echoing hills of Alma or more blestC
Walk with her in that band where she is leastD
Thro' smiling plains and cities doing goodE
Yet oh to sing them in their happier dayF
Yon glebe is not the hind whose manhood mendsG
Its rudeness yet it gains but while he spendsG
And mulcts him rude Even that sinless LordH
Whose feet wan Mary washed went not His wayF
Uncoloured by the Galilean fieldI
And Honour Duty Valour seldom wieldI
With stainless hand the immedicable swordH
