A sudden tempest of mad shrieking sins | D |
Scarlet screamed out above the battered gold | E |
Of tins and picture frames I held my breath | F |
He tugged another hard and sapphire skies | B |
Spread in vast quietude serene as death | F |
O'er waves like crackled turquoise and my eyes | B |
Burnt with the blinding brilliance of calm sea | A |
We're selling that lot there out cheap said he | A |
