| we keep on trying | B |
| to fill that void | C |
| with things | D |
| with people | E |
| but they never seem to fit | F |
| do they | G |
| always a little or a lot loose | H |
| always falling off in the end | I |
| and it always feels | J |
| something's missing | B |
| And what I've grown to learn | K |
| something always is | L |
| in shape of that void | C |
| that perfect puzzle piece | M |

| But the thing is | L |
| our puzzle keeps changing | B |
| the pieces change shape | N |
| hence changing the end picture | O |
| so what may seem missing | B |
| now | P |
| then | Q |
| wouldn't even have | R |
| a spot to come back to | S |
| But this is just a hope | T |
| for me and my void | C |
| hope that | U |
| that peace exists | V |
| we've always dreamt of | W |
