Fates Gift Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEEFGHIEEBJKE

I never thought I would be a roseA
Fiesty with my thorns yet irresistableB
Too gorgeous scentedC
A mere prick blood drawingD
Too little a price to get meE
I never dreamt to be orchids rare and priceyE
Tulips daisies sunflowers evenF
But neither did i think I would be grassG
Only good enough to be trampled and sat onH
Or to be fed to those that will be good foodI
No one ever stares down here to look at meE
I have no beautyE
Or picks me up to have a smellB
I have no scentJ
A life I wouldn't choose I now leadK
For that was fates gift to meE
