Sonnet Xxxv: And Yet I Cannot Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABBCBCCDCDEE

And yet I cannot reprehend the flightA
Or blame th'attempt presuming so to soarB
The mounting venture for a high delightA
Did make the honor of the fall the moreB
For who gets wealth that puts not from the shoreB
Danger hath honor great designs their fameC
Glory doth follow courage goes beforeB
And though th'event oft answers not the sameC
Suffice that high attempts have never shameC
The mean observer whom base Safety keepsD
Lives without honor dies without a nameC
And in eternal darkness ever sleepsD
And therefore Delia 'tis to me no blotE
To have attempted though attain'd thee notE
