Sonnet Lviii: None Other Fame Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCDEFEGHH

None other fame mine unambitious MuseA
Affected ever but t'eternize theeB
All other honors do my hopes refuseA
Which meaner priz'd and momentary beB
For God forbid I should my papers blotC
With mercenary lines with servile penD
Praising virtues in them that have them notC
Basely attending on the hopes of menD
No no my verse respects nor Thames nor theatersE
Nor seeks it to be known unto the greatF
But Avon rich in fame though poor in watersE
Shall have my song where Delia hath her seatG
Avon shall be my Thames and she my songH
I'll sound her name the river all alongH
