| Animals man flora fauna exult amidst plenty | H |
| Adore the flourish pineapples pears yams | I |
| Her seeds shoot forth don't succumb | J |
| Mighty healthy body mind blessed by the source | K |
| Hail to the nursery the abundance of building blocks | L |
| I partook of the same so fed fine in my formative years | M |

Poet's note: I wrote this poem to celebrate my place of birth; to etch sweet memories of my youth growing up in the countryside before I was forced to migrate.
This poem evokes feelings of invincibility for regardless of how I may be perceived, my parents nourished me with the needs of life- food, wisdom, and such like - all round health.
