For Others Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABACB DEFDFG HH

Weeping for another's woeA
Tears flow then that would not flowA
When our sorrow was our ownB
And the deadly stiffening blowA
Was upon our own heart givenC
In the moments that have flownB
-
Cringing at another's cryD
In the hollow world of griefE
Stills the anguish of our painF
For the fate that made us dieD
To our hopes as sweet as vainF
And our tears can flow againG
-
One storm blows the night this wayH
But another brings the dayH
