Sorry Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEF GHIJK LMENIO

Dear parentsA
I forgive you my lifeB
Begotten in a drab townC
The intention was goodD
Passing the street nowE
I see still the remains of sunlightF
-
It was not the bone buckledG
You gave me enough foodH
To renew myselfI
It was the mind's weightJ
Kept me bent as I grew tallK
-
It was not your faultL
What should have gone onM
Arrow aimed from a tried bowE
At a tried target has turned backN
Wounding itselfI
With questions you had not askedO
