Little Morning Seranade Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJKL

Bamboo shoots in a blue pot tea steepingA
in a tall cup with painted koi on the sideB
Outside my window the cat stalks a sparrowC
but is too tender hearted to lungeD
Even with your hastily scrawled note stillE
on the table it is hard for me to believeF
you are the woman in that poem who madeG
love to her husband again and again so heH
would sleep deeply and she could slipI
away to meet the young fisherman barefootJ
in pure sweet water the lures he is famousK
for pinned to his open shirtL
