Revelation Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE GHGH

We make ourselves a place apartA
Behind light words that tease and floutB
But oh the agitated hearC
Till someone really find us outB
-
'Tis pity if the case requireD
Or so we say that in the endE
We speak the literal to inspireF
The understanding of a friendE
-
But so with all from babes that playG
At hid and seek to God afarH
So all who hide too well awayG
Must speak and tell us where they areH
