The Lure Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDCD EFEF

The long road lures across the hillA
Divides the brown fields and the greenB
And curves and dips and climbing stillA
Gleams over into lands unseenB
-
I think what valleys far more fairC
Than ours the road runs on to meetD
The light falls wild and happy thereC
What shadowy doubt delays my feetD
-
Oh one day one day I shall goE
Whither the road runs out of sightF
And find whatever winds may blowE
An inn at falling of the nightF
